The pain of editing pictures…
So, after a marathon editing session (lasting well over three days…) a few weeks back, I developed a pain in my elbow, which has been diagnosed as “lateral epicondylitis” (…”tennis elbow”…). Now, I cannot use a mouse for more than a minute, or so, before I have to stop. I have begun treatment, and hope to return to “normal” in a few weeks, maybe. I heartily advise you to take breaks whilst editing (or gardening, or playing tennis, or anything else that involves strenuous repetitive grasping functions of the hand…), ‘cause this is not a pleasant state to be in. Who knew photography could be so dangerous?
